Welcome to our latest release notes, highlighting our focus on enhancing user experience and efficiency. This update introduces key features such as the collapsible menu and the option to create product descriptions per item, streamlining your workflow. Additionally, users can now filter for over/under predictions directly, enabling informed decision-making with ease. We're excited to bring these improvements to you and look forward to your continued success with our platform.

Key features:

• Collapsible Menu:

  We have introduced a collapsible menu feature. This enhancement allows users to minimize the menu, providing a larger and less cluttered workspace. With more screen real estate available, users can now perform their tasks more efficiently and with greater ease.

• Filter on over/under predictions

  Users can now filter for over/under predictions to view them directly. This feature is available from the KPIs and through filters on the replenisher. It enables users to easily identify over/under predictions, providing them with more data to make informed decisions.

• Product descriptions per Item

  We are introducing the option to create product descriptions per item, rather than exclusively per style. When you have one item available in multiple colors, you can now create a single product description and connect it to all color variations. This ensures a consistent, general description for the item, eliminating the need to create separate descriptions for each color.

• Redistributor update

  Over the past few weeks, we have continued to enhance our redistributor solution with a focus on optimizing workflows and refining the visual styling:

  • Show the total stock of an item so it can be easily seen how much has been sold in comparison with the total stock

  • Filter on the available themes so that themes can be grouped and managed more efficiently

  • Added number of weeks since the first sale date so you don’t have the calculate them yourself

• Create custom tags while creating a product description

  Introducing the option to create a custom tag while working on your item in the product describer.

  If your custom tag is not in the taxonomy yet, you can now create it after selecting your preffered product type and entering your value.

Bug Fixes:

• Already selected categories can no longer be selected in a product describer job

• Executing a quick/default filter now works properly while another filter is active

Upcoming features:

• Only show relevant options in the basic filters

• Particular abbrevations are replaced with the complete sentence or are kept empty, e.g. LS - Long sleeves

• Numerous improvements on the redistributor:

  • KPIs per location

  • Percentage of complete size bows

  • Exclude/include specific locations for receiving or sending items

  • Action button to empty a location

  • Choose a default location to send all leftovers
