Detailed release notes:

We are excited to introduce a series of updates and enhancements designed to improve your experience with our system. These updates focus on enhancing usability, providing greater insight, and optimizing functionality to ensure a smoother and more efficient workflow. Here’s what you can expect in this release:

Redistributor

Redistribute leftovers per size to a new location:

Users now have the option to redistribute leftovers at the size level. By clicking on the size within the size bow, you can easily direct the leftovers to your preferred location. This feature allows you to efficiently send a specific size to a store or warehouse, streamlining inventory management.

Initial negative stock warning:

Users will now receive a warning if there are locations with negative stock levels, which could impact the redistribution process. This warning allows users to review their inventory management first, ensuring accurate stock levels before proceeding with redistribution.

Replenisher:

Ignore recommendations:

To help you maintain a manageable recommendations list, we have introduced a feature to ignore recommendations. Ignored recommendations can be found in the new "Archived Recommendations" tab at the top of the recommendations section. From this tab, you can still view and execute the suggested actions if needed. This feature ensures that you can focus on the most relevant recommendations while still having access to all suggestions.

Synchronized "Is-Active" Status for Styles and Variants

When you change the "is-active" status of a style in the replenisher configuration, the same status of the corresponding variants is automatically updated accordingly. Conversely, if you update the "is-active" status of a variant, the status of the associated style is also adjusted to match. This synchronization ensures that styles and their associated variants maintain a consistent and accurate "is-active" status. This enhancement simplifies the management, ensuring that all related items are correctly aligned.

Replenisher Operations styling:

To ensure that replenisher operations are as clear and compact as possible, we have implemented two changes. Firstly, a 0-line has been added to make stock levels per size more visible and easier to interpret. This addition helps users quickly identify stock availability at a glance. Secondly, to keep the view concise and reduce clutter, we have merged the "Sell Through Rate" and "Out of Stock" columns.

Main Dashboard:

Stock distribution KPI

The landing page now features a current stock distribution KPI, grouped by different location types. "Store Quantity" includes locations classified as regular stores and store-in-store. "Warehouse Quantity" includes DC (Goods Distribution), DC (Goods Return), and DC/Webshop. "Other Quantity" covers all location types that fall outside of store and warehouse categories. This enhancement provides a clearer and more organized overview of your inventory distribution across various location types.

Additional information on the Top styles by last weeks sales view:

To improve the understanding of the view, tooltips have been added that provide additional information about the meaning of the abbreviations in the columns. This enhancement applies to the current view, making it easier for users to comprehend the displayed data without confusion. By hovering over the column headers, users can see explanations for these abbreviations, ensuring a more user-friendly and informative experience

Bug Fixes:

  • The add new category button is now always visible in a PD-job

  • Fixed a bug where some PD-jobs were not fetched correctly

  • Several bugs have been fixed on the new redistributor styling

  • Executing the ''Distribute leftovers''-button no longer resets the sorting on the distribution matrix
