We are excited to introduce a series of updates and enhancements designed to improve your experience with the redistributor and replenishment solutions. These updates focus on enhancing usability, providing greater insight, and optimizing functionality to ensure a smoother and more efficient workflow. Here’s what you can expect in this release:

Redistributor:

General design:

The styling of the redistributor has been changed to create a more intuitive screen, ensuring you can perform your actions as quickly as possible, thereby reducing the time spent on a redistribution action.

Proportionally send leftovers:

Users can now proportionally distribute leftovers across locations with a new action button. This feature ensures stock is only added to locations/sizes with future inventory, improving overall inventory management and reducing the time spent distributing leftovers.

Configuration improvement

To help you understand the impact of your configuration settings, we have added textual and visual information. This information can be seen on the various configuration pages. For example, in the SizeBow Percentage configuration, you can now see the impact of your threshold percentage on your size bows.

Monitoring:  

We have introduced two new KPIs to enhance insights in the redistributor. The first KPI is the out-of-stock ratio from the last completed week. The second KPI compares the out-of-stock ratio per week to the same period last year.

Redistribution availability:

For each style in the redistribution operations, you can now see the redistribution availability. When a style can be redistributed, the button is shown in blue. When a style cannot be redistributed, the button is grayed out, and a message is shown, for example: "Style is already redistributed" or "No stock available."

Replenishment:

Push strategy impact:

To provide insight into your push strategy, we now display the impact of the amount you push on the current under-prediction. As you adjust the slider, the under-prediction percentage updates to reflect the expected outcome after confirming the push strategy.

Exclude style through replenisher operations:

A new button has been added on each style in the replenisher operations table. This button grants you the option to exclude the selected style from replenishment. Excluded styles can also be included again through this button.

Filter on under/over prediction percentage:

Previously, you could only filter styles based on whether they had under/over predictions or not. With this latest improvement, you can filter more specifically. By entering your preferred under/over prediction percentage, the table will show styles that are either greater than, less than, or equal to your percentage.

Bug Fixes:

• Filters now execute correctly after switching pages

• Emptying the quantity filter no longer results in a white screen

• The system now ensures the end date cannot be set before the start date when creating a strategy rule

• A notification now correctly informs users that changing the threshold will take a day to gather new data

• The replenisher recommendations now only show locations, merchandise groups, and styles that are relevant

Upcoming features:

• Additional information on the impact of being managed by WAIR for informed decisions.

• Combined view of sell through rate and stock for compact information display.

• Content creators can exclude specific words in the tone of voice.

• Inventory managers will see stock available in stores, warehouses, and totals.

• Merchandisers can activate or deactivate variants based on parent style changes, ensuring data consistency.

• Merchandisers can easily identify stock levels in the 0-line in the stock bar chart.

• Merchandisers can see the current stock target vs. the actual stock on the replenisher monitoring page.

• Merchandisers can see which styles are being processed for replenishment.

• Merchandisers can view and act on discarded recommendations.

• Option for merchandisers to automatically apply preferred settings without manual input.

• Users can view additional KPI details on the Dashboard - Overview page.
