WAIR - Customer portal

We are excited to announce the latest updates of the customer portal, designed to enhance your experience and improve the efficiency of your operations. This release includes significant improvements and new features across the Replenisher and Redistributor modules, along with several general updates and bug fixes. Below is a summary of the key changes and upcoming features.

TL;DR:

Replenisher:

• New Config Tab: Manage styles and exclude styles.

• Push Strategy: Style-level strategies, start/end dates, adjustable push intensity.

• Recommendations: Based on error percentage thresholds.

Redistributor:

• Changes: Exceed default size bow percentages, clear locations.

• Movements Fly-Out: Improved readability, detailed insights per location.

General Updates:

• Data Indicator: Open actions now visible at the top.

• Bug Fixes: Clear filter button, correct sorting and styling, accurate KPIs, new season filter.

Replenisher

Replenisher configuration:

An extra configuration tab has been added. Through the styles configuration, you are able to determine whether your styles are WAIR managed or not and if you can exclude individual styles from replenishment.

Push strategy:

We have made several improvements to the push strategy in the Replenisher solution. First of all, you are now able to add a push strategy at the style level. Creating a push strategy ensures the style will be pushed depending on your preference.

Start & end date for your strategy

While creating your strategy rules, you are now able to set your preferred start and end date.

This ensures the strategy is only applied during your set period.d.

You are now able to create a push strategy.

The further you set the slider to the right, the more you are pushing.

Recommendations:

You will receive recommendations based on an error percentage threshold that you can set in the strategy. This strategy gives you the possibility to easily push or enable a location, merchandise structure, or style.

Error Percentage Threshold

Through the replenishment strategy, you can set your preferred under prediction error threshold. Our recommendations are based on this threshold. If an excluded location, merchandise structure, or style is below the threshold, we recommend enabling it. If the under-prediction percentage for an enabled location, merchandise structure, or style is above the threshold, we recommend pushing it.

Redistributor:

We have made several changes to the redistributor based on feedback during our pilot phase..

Default Percentage in Redistribution Proposals

In the previous release, we enabled merchandisers to empty locations that are under your preferred default percentage. This version ensures merchandisers can go above your percentage, even giving the possibility to clear all locations.

Movements fly out:

The styling of the movements fly-out has been changed to make sure it is more easily readable. To give a more detailed insight, you can open a location and see the styles and sizes per style that have been changed for the location, granting a general and detailed overview of your movements..

General styling and bug fixes:

Data enhancement indicator:

Your open actions for data enhancement are now shown in the menu on the highest level.

This ensures you can easily see your open actions so your data is as complete as possible.

Bug Fixes:

• Clear filter button has been added to the data enhancement & configuration pages

• The sorting in the redistributor matrix now shows the correct values

• The styling on the redistributor matrix has been improved

• The location KPIs on the redistributor matrix are now shown correctly

• A filter on season in the redistributor has been added.

Upcoming Features:

1. Out of Stock Monitoring

• Track out-of-stock percentage for items in the redistributor.

• Compare out-of-stock percentage with last year's data.

2. Redistribution Operations

• Filter items by code for easier redistribution.

• Send leftovers per size to non-matrix locations.

• Identify locations with negative stock for redistribution decisions.

• Analyze styles unable to be redistributed.

• Use Location Code instead of Location Name for quicker location selection.

3. Impact Analysis and Controls

• Understand the effect of changing the default leftover location.

• Analyze the impact of excluding locations from shipping/receiving.

• Narrow location control table for easier configuration.

• Assess impact of default setup changes (e.g., low percentage threshold).

4. Additional Information

• View detailed information on "Transfer routing" options.

• Search locations by code instead of name.

• Display default transfer routing options visually.

5. Design and User Experience

• Redesign redistribution matrix table.

• Distribute leftovers proportionally across locations.
