• Recommendations:

  • Get recommendations to assign a location type when adding a new location.

• Replenisher:

  • Activate inactive styles across multiple locations with stock targets and active periods.

  • Create initial stock targets for location/variant combinations.

  • View the number of stores carrying stock for each style and how many are WAIR-managed.

• Redistributor:

  • See incoming stock per style from open purchase orders.

  • New KPIs show unique styles and total stock within the same merchandise category per location.

  • Styles in the redistribution queue now have a Redistribution Pending status.

  • Set a Redistribution Cooldown Period to prevent immediate re-redistribution (default: 21 days).

• General Quality Improvement:

Introduction:

This release introduces several enhancements to streamline your replenishment and redistribution workflows. You can now create initial stock targets, activate inactive styles more efficiently, and gain better visibility into location-based inventory. Additionally, new redistribution KPIs and a configurable cooldown period improve operational control. Explore the updates and optimize your inventory management!

Recommendations:

New location recommendation:

When a location is new, it initially has no location type assigned. To ensure proper usage, we now generate a recommendation to assign a location type to the location. Additionally, you can immediately specify the floor area and link the new location to an existing location cluster.

Replenisher:

Initial activation:

You can now activate inactive styles for multiple locations via the initial activation screen. Each variant can have a stock target set and be activated, with the option to define a start and end date. The styles remain active within this period and will automatically be set to inactive afterward.

Create initial stock targets

It is now possible to create new stock targets for specific location variant combination via the replenisher operations → stock targets. Previously, only existing stock targets could be adjusted, but now you can also set the initial stock targets for a specific location/variant combination. Location/variant combination without a stock target are displayed by an empty cell.

Location visibility per style

Each style in the replenishment operations now displays the number of stores carrying stock for that item and how many of those stores are managed by WAIR.

Redistributor:

Incoming stock visibility:

The redistributor operations now display the number of units still to be received from open purchase orders per style. This provides visibility into upcoming stock arrivals for each style.

Location merchandise category KPIs:

Two new location KPIs have been added to the redistribution matrix. The second-to-last column now shows the number of unique styles within the same merchandise category per location. The last column provides the total stock of these styles per location, offering better visibility into available inventory.

Redistribution matrix style information:

More style information is now displayed during redistribution, making it easier to distinguish between styles. Brand, season, collection, and theme are now visible while redistributing items

Redistribution pending:

Styles that are in the redistribution queue now receive a new status: Redistribution Pending. This makes it easier to identify which styles are currently in the redistribution queue.

Redistribution cooldown period:

You can now configure the number of days a style cannot be redistributed after an redistribution. The default cooldown period is set to 21 days, but this can now be adjusted in the redistribution configuration.

General quality improvement:

Date format based on browser setting:

Dates are now consistently displayed throughout the portal based on your browser's language settings. This applies to date-related information as well as dates used in filters.
