Introduction:

Welcome to the latest updates for the WAIR customer portal! This release brings powerful new features to enhance your inventory and recommendation management. You can now manually adjust stock targets, redistribute styles more efficiently, and view detailed sales variance and distribution probabilities. Dive into the updates and optimize your workflow!

Replenisher:

Manual Adjustment of Stock Targets:

You can now manually adjust stock targets per location/SKU, allowing you to customize them to meet your specific needs. Manually adjusted stock targets will be locked, meaning they will not be updated automatically until you unlock them. To unlock, simply click the lock icon within the stock target.

Redistributor:

Bulk selection on the redistributor operations

It is now possible to use the top checkbox in the redistribution operations to select all visible and valid styles on your screen at once. This allows you to easily select multiple styles in combination with filters to perform the desired action, such as redistributing items or redistributing to a location.

Redistribute Styles to a Specific Location

You can now redistribute one or more styles directly to a selected location within the redistribution operations. This feature allows you to empty the stock of these styles from all stores and redistribute it entirely to the chosen location, streamlining inventory management.

Sales Variance Indicator per style

The redistribution operations now display a sales variance indicator for each style. This feature highlights the variation in sales across locations using a color-coded system:

• Green: Low sales variance

• Orange: Medium sales variance

• Red: High sales variance

Styles with high variance may be particularly valuable for redistribution, as they tend to perform better in a select number of stores.

Distribution Probability by location type per style

The redistribution operations now provide distribution probability across different location types. This allows you to view the expected distribution probability for each style by location type, enabling more informed decisions about how to allocate inventory effectively.

Recommendations:

Disable recommendation types:

You can now fully disable specific recommendation types via the settings. Once disabled, the system will stop generating those recommendations, and they will no longer appear in the portal. This ensures complete control over the recommendations displayed to match your preferences and needs.

Permanently ignore recommendations:

To streamline your workflow, you now have the option to permanently ignore specific recommendations. Once a recommendation is dismissed with the "Permanently Ignore" option, the system will no longer generate recommendations for the associated style, category, or location, ensuring a more tailored and efficient experience.

Product describer:

Product Describer: Enhanced Filtering Options

The filters used in the Product Describer are now consistent with the other filters across the portal, ensuring a seamless user experience. Additionally, you can now filter by one or more tone of voices, making it easier to quickly retrieve your desired product descriptions.

Data enhancement:

Location properties

The "Location Types" feature has been updated and renamed to "Locations." This update introduces several new options for adding more detailed information to your locations. You can now define the floor area in square meters and hide locations. Hiding a location will unlink it from all location clusters and exclude it from all filters where locations are used in searches.

Additionally, the last stock date and last sales date are now displayed for each location, providing clear visibility into the most up-to-date data for each location within the portal.
