Introduction:
Welcome to the latest updates for the WAIR customer portal! This release focuses on enhancing efficiency, flexibility, and control over your initial distribution operations. From default filters and configurable strategies to automated approvals and improved usability, these updates are designed to streamline your workflows, reduce manual effort, and optimize your allocation processes.
Initial distribution enhancements:
Default filter on Status To Allocate on the Initial distribution operations:
To help you work with a relevant list, purchase orders are now filtered by default to show only those with the status To Allocate. This ensures you focus only on orders ready for allocation, maintaining a clean and manageable workload. To view orders with other statuses, simply adjust the status filter in the filter bar.

The new Auto Approve setting allows you to determine whether initial distribution transfers are approved automatically. When enabled, transfers are approved without manual intervention. Distribute Solids strategy setting:
With the new Distribute Solids setting, you can control how individual solids are managed alongside prepacks in the initial distribution calculation. When enabled, solids complement prepacks for optimal distribution, while disabling the setting ensures only prepacks are distributed, leaving solids in the warehouse. If no prepacks are present, solids will still be used to ensure all units are effectively utilized.
