Introduction:

In this release, we’re introducing enhancements that make the redistribution process more automated, accurate, and flexible. Whether configuring rules, managing leftovers, or safeguarding styles with open purchase orders, the new features give you more control with less manual effort.

With improvements like email notifications, auto-enforced size thresholds and customizable leftover handling you can streamline redistribution workflows and ensure every action aligns with your configuration.

Redistribution Automation improvements:

Create and schedule an automation rule to automatically generate redistribution transfers based on our recommendations and your settings. Redistribution automation rules can take key settings into account such as the minimum size bow percentage and the rules for handling leftovers, ensuring that all executed redistribution automation rules consistently align with your configuration.

Filters:

Define your filter criteria. The redistribution automation rule will only apply to the combinations that match your selected filters.

Max capacity:

By entering a maximum capacity value, it will be ensured that the total number of movements created by this redistribution automation rule does not exceed this limit by more than 5%. This allows for a small buffer to prevent styles from being abruptly excluded when they slightly exceed the defined maximum capacity.

Active:

When the Active toggle is set to ON, the automation rule will be executed as configured. If it is set to OFF, the automation rule will never be executed.

Auto approve:

If Auto Approve is set to ON, redistribution transfers created by this automation rule will be automatically approved. If it is set to OFF, the redistribution transfers will need to be manually approved via the Redistribution Proposals.

Run type:

Choose when this automation rule should run:

  • Once – The rule will be executed only once, immediately when the start date is reached.

  • Daily – The rule will be executed at the start of every day.

  • Weekly – The rule will be executed weekly on the selected day.

  • Monthly – The rule will be executed on the first selected day of each month.

Schedule:

You can define the period during which the automation rule should be active. The rule becomes active on the specified start date and remains active until the specified end date is reached. If no start date is provided, the rule will be activated immediately. If no end date is provided, the rule will remain active indefinitely.

Redistribution automation notification mail:

Users who create a redistribution automation rule will now automatically receive an email once the rule has successfully executed. The email provides a clear overview of all locations involved, the total number of movements, and the status of the redistribution proposal. This allows you to immediately see whether proposals need approval, or if they have already been processed when the auto-approve is enabled

Redistribution Auto apply settings:

Size Threshold

We've added the option to automatically enforce the size bow threshold for redistribution. When Auto Apply is enabled, any locations that fall below the configured minimum percentage will automatically be cleared during both manual and automated redistribution actions and send there stock to the leftovers. This ensures that all locations with stock will always meet the minimum size bow requirements you have set.

Leftover strategy:

We've added Auto Apply options for managing leftovers during redistribution. You can now automatically define how leftovers are handled: distribute them proportionally across eligible locations, send them to a predefined default leftover location, or leave them at their original locations. With Auto Apply, your chosen leftover strategy is automatically enforced, ensuring consistent handling of leftover stock without manual intervention.

Exclude styles with open purchase orders:

We've added a new setting that allows you to automatically exclude styles with open purchase orders from redistribution. When enabled, these styles will not be selectable in manual redistribution flows and will also be excluded from automated redistribution processes. If the setting is disabled, styles with open purchase orders can still be redistributed as usual.
