Introduction:

This release brings multiple enhancements to improve visibility, efficiency, and control across your redistribution and replenishment workflows. You can now view both current and future stock per location, visualize last week’s sales by location type, and manage stock targets more easily within redistribution proposals. For the Replenisher, editing stock targets and transfer quantities on replenishment proposals is now more flexible, and merchandise categories are easier to activate using a new tree structure. General usability has also been improved with persistent filters and real-time updates to proposal counts.

Redistribution:

Redistribution proposals current & future stock

You can now view the total current stock and future stock per location for all styles included in the active redistribution proposals. The future stock shows the updated stock after the proposals are executed. This enhancement provides better visibility into upcoming stock levels and helps you make more informed allocation decisions across locations.

Last week sales per location type visualization

To help you quickly understand how sales are distributed across different location types, the Redistributor Operations Overview now displays a pie chart per style showing the sales breakdown by location type for the previous completed week. This visual insight supports better decision-making when executing a redistribution task

Stock targets per style on the redistribution operations overview

You can now view and edit stock targets per style directly from the Redistribution Operations overview. This functionality works exactly the same as in the Replenishment Operations overview.

Shopfloor pick request mail notification:

Locations that need to ship items will now automatically receive an email listing all the SKUs they are required to send, including the destination for each. This email is triggered as soon as transfers are approved within the Redistribution Proposals. You can enable this feature via a setting in the Redistribution Settings → Pick Request Email, this setting is disabled by default.

Replenisher:

Adjust the transfer quantity & stock targets of the replenisher proposals

Stock targets and transfer quantities are now editable directly within the Replenishment Proposals screen. When you update a stock target, you’ll have the option to automatically adjust the transfer quantity accordingly to ensure alignment. Additionally, if you change the transfer quantity, you have the option to confirm whether the stock target should also be updated. Please note that modifying the stock target will permanently update the target for that specific location/SKU.

Improved default sorting on Replenishment transfer Proposals

Transfer proposals are now sorted consistently to improve readability and review efficiency. The new sorting order is:  To Location code, Item Code, Color Code, and Size Code. This structured order helps users quickly locate relevant transfers and assess grouped items more intuitively during the approval process

Easier Activation of Merchandise Categories with Tree Structure

Activating merchandise categories is now more intuitive thanks to a hierarchical tree structure. When you select a higher-level category, all underlying levels are automatically selected as well. This makes it easier to activate multiple categories at once. A blue checkmark indicates that all subcategories are active, while a grey checkmark shows that at least one, but not all, subcategories are selected.

General:

Keep current filter based on your browser session

Filters you’ve set will now persist across all pages as long as your browser remains open. This means there’s no need to reapply your filters when navigating between pages. Your most recently used filters will automatically be applied, even if a default filter is configured, until you close the page or browser session.

Live Update of proposal counts in the menu

The number of open proposals shown in the navigation menu now updates in real-time as you approve or reject proposals. This gives you immediate feedback on how many proposals still need to be handled, helping you stay on top of your workload without needing to refresh the page.

Bug fixes:

  • Users no longer get scrolled to the top of the page after activating a style on the replenishment operations overview.

  • Users now see the change of the activation label if the more records have been loaded in on the replenishment operations overview

  • Filter labels now show the correct value instead of the filter description on the location filter and product describer operations overview.

  • The replenishment proposals count in the menu now shows the correct number for sub tenant users.

  • Clearing locations in the redistribution matrix no longer takes stock from locations that are excluded from sending.

  • Distributing leftovers proportionally in the redistribution matrix no longer sends leftovers to locations that excluded from receiving.
