Introduction:

In this release, we’ve made a range of improvements across replenishment, redistribution, and overall usability. From better filtering options and clearer visuals to new ways of managing stock targets and proposals, these updates are all about making daily operations more straightforward and flexible.

Whether you’re planning ahead, reviewing proposals, or fine-tuning location settings, the latest features are designed to help you work with more focus and control. And with release notes now directly accessible in the portal, it’s easier than ever to stay informed.

🧠 Replenisher – Smarter, More Intuitive Stock Control

🎯 Using AI to Support (Not Replace) Manual Targets

Use Case: You're a planner reviewing stock targets. You’ve set some manually but you wonder if AI might offer a better suggestion, without having to commit to replacing yours blindly.

Solution: The Stock Target Overview now includes a “Show AI values” toggle. When enabled, it displays the AI-generated stock target side-by-side with the current active one, making it easy to compare and decide if a switch is warranted. You can also choose which targets to view current, AI, manual, display, or disabled for full control and visibility.

🛑 Proactively Stopping Replenishment Before It’s Too Late

Use Case: You want to automate when replenishment should stop for certain products, based on known sell-out plans or end-of-life strategies without manually checking every SKU.

Solution: The Stop Replenishment Engine now supports scheduled proposals. You can define specific days and times for it to run, automatically generating proposals to halt replenishment at SKU/location level. Once approved, the system disables the stock target immediately ensuring replenishment stops exactly when you intended.

📊 Prioritizing Proposals the Way You Work

Use Case: You're reviewing replenishment proposals but wish they were sorted by something else instead of the default system order.

Solution: You can now apply multi-field sorting to replenishment proposals. Choose your fields (e.g. margin, quantity to send, stock delta), drag to reorder them, and toggle ascending/descending order all from the UI. No more scrolling through misprioritized lists.

🧾 Cleaner, More Actionable Proposal Layout

Use Case: You're reviewing a transfer but struggle to quickly grasp what's being proposed where it's coming from, where it's going, and why.

Solution: The layout has been redesigned for clarity. Source/destination locations, item info, current stock, target levels, and send quantities are now structured logically for faster reading and quicker decisions.

🔁 Redistributor – Clearer, More Controlled Transfers

📍 Pinned Locations Always at the Top

Use Case: You always want to prioritize key stores like webshops or warehouses when redistributing stock, but you’re tired of looking them up every time.

Solution: You can now pin specific locations so they always appear at the top of the redistribution matrix. Set them up in Redistribution → Settings → General → Pinned Locations, rearrange them via drag & drop, and the matrix will keep them locked at the top.

🧭 Visual Indicators for Pinned and Excluded Locations

Use Case: You’re trying to understand why a location isn't sending or receiving stock but there's no obvious visual clue.

Solution: New icons have been added:

  • 📌 Pin = Pinned location

  • ⬆️ = Excluded from sending

  • ⬇️ = Excluded from receiving

  • ↕️ = Excluded from both

This lets you grasp redistribution rules instantly at a glance.

📬 Notifying the Right People – Automatically

Use Case: You want more people informed about transfers like area managers or buyers but don’t want to manually forward emails.

Solution: You can now add multiple BCC recipients to pick request emails, ensuring everyone who needs to stay informed gets notified automatically.

🧹 No More Orphaned Stock in Unused Locations

Use Case: Some locations without targets still hold inventory, but they’re never included in redistribution so stock just sits there.

Solution: The redistributor now actively clears out location/SKU combos with no stock targets, preventing buildup of dead stock. Just make sure to configure any necessary exclusions in Location Control to avoid unwanted moves.

🧩 General Improvements – Smarter Filtering and Easier Access

⏳ Filter by Weeks Since First Stock or Sale

Use Case: You're planning markdowns or evaluating early product performance and want to focus on newly launched styles.

Solution: You can now filter Replenisher and Redistribution overviews by weeks since first stock and weeks since first sale perfect for focusing on product age.

🎨 Theme-Based Filtering

Use Case: You're reviewing performance or stock levels of a specific seasonal collection or marketing theme.

Solution: You can now filter by theme in both Replenisher and Redistribution overviews, letting you analyze performance across curated collections.

📍 Filter by Active Replenishment Location

Use Case: You want to know which styles are actively replenished at a specific location.

Solution: A new filter in the Replenisher overview shows only styles with an active stock target for the selected location making local assortment and replenishment insights much more manageable.

📝 Release Notes in the Portal

Use Case: You missed a new feature and didn’t realize it existed until someone told you.

Solution: All release notes are now available directly inside the portal: Settings → Release Notes. That means no more missing updates or hunting through wikis to find out what's new.
