Introduction:

This release brings clarity, control, and speed across Replenishment, Redistribution, and core operations. Replenishment proposals now remembers your multi-sort preferences, adds per-location auto-approve, surfaces clear before/after deltas in proposal summaries, lets you open full style details directly from Operations, and introduces batch editing for delivery settings. Redistribution gains filter-aware bulk approvals and a smoother selection flow with auto-loading styles and a streamlined toolbar. Logistics teams can define origin-based exceptions to bypass consolidation and ship directly. Platform-wide, a redesigned Stock widget delivers sharper inventory insights, while faster, more flexible Location Clusters make organizing your network effortless.

Replenishment:

Save Default Multi-Sort Configuration

Use Case:
As a merchandiser, you want the RPL Proposal page to remember your last-used multi-sorting configuration, so you don’t need to manually reset your preferred sorting order each time you revisit the page. This helps maintain consistency in data analysis and saves valuable time during daily review tasks.

Solution:
The RPL Proposal page now automatically retains your most recent multi-sorting setup. When you return to the page, your previous sorting preferences such as Item Code, Color Code, or Quantity are instantly restored during your browser session. This eliminates the need to manually reconfigure sorting, providing a smoother and more efficient user experience

Auto Approve Settings per Receiving Location

Use Case:
As a merchandiser, you want the RPL Engine’s auto-approve functionality to be configurable at the location level, so approval can be automated for selected locations while maintaining manual control for others. This ensures flexibility and control over which locations follow automated replenishment.

Solution:
Auto-approve can now be enabled individually per location in the RPL Settings → Delivery section. A new checkbox allows you to turn auto-approve on or off for each location. By default, the checkbox is unchecked (auto-approve disabled). The configuration is managed at the tenant level, ensuring subtenant users cannot modify these settings, allowing centralized control with selective automation.

Clearer RPL Proposal Summaries (Before vs. After State)

Use Case:
As a merchandiser, you want the summary tabs on the Replenishment pages to clearly show what changed during the engine run—so you can instantly understand the baseline at run start and the current state after approvals or rejections, without digging into details.

Solution:
We’ve refined the styling of the Overview / Location / Style / Brand summary tabs to make status and change indicators far clearer. Previous values at the start of the run are now shown inline, and when a style has (partially) processed proposals, deltas are highlighted in red to distinguish the previous versus current state (e.g.,
2 prev: 6 ↓4), the 2 indicates the current open proposals, the 6 indicates the value at the start and the 4 indicates the approved and/or rejected proposals. This makes it immediately visible what has shifted after approval/rejection actions and improves scanability across Stock on Hand, Stock Target, and Total Transfer Qty.

Open Style Details from RPL Operations Overview

Use Case:
As a merchandiser, you want to open a style’s full replenishment details directly from the RPL Operations overview, so you can review accurate, up-to-date data without navigating through cluttered tabs.

Solution:
You can now open the Replenishment Details by clicking the style code or the details icon next to it. The previous in-page “details” tab has been removed. This launches the dedicated details view, ensuring all information loads correctly and consistently for faster, more reliable analysis.

Batch Edit for Location Delivery Settings

Use Case:
As a merchandiser or supply-chain planner, you want to edit delivery settings for multiple locations at once, so you don’t have to save each row individually speeding up routine maintenance and reducing click fatigue.

Solution:
You can now open multiple rows in the Location Delivery Settings, make inline changes, and commit them with a single Save Changes action. An Undo Changes option lets you quickly revert pending edits.

Redistribution:

Filter-Aware Redistribution Approvals

Use Case:
As a merchandiser, you want to filter redistribution proposals so you can focus on specific styles that match your selected criteria. This helps you make more informed decisions and prevents applying bulk actions to irrelevant proposals.

Solution:
The redistribution proposal view now fully supports filter-aware actions. You can filter proposals by attributes such as “Created By,” “Item Code,” “Item Description,” or “Color Code,” and the Approve All and Reject All actions will only apply to the proposals currently visible under your active filters. This ensures precise, controlled approvals and a faster, more reliable redistribution workflow.

Enhanced Selection in Redistribution Overview

Use Case:
As a merchandiser, you want to select additional styles for redistribution without manually loading more items, and you also want quick access to bulk selection actions from one central place. This helps you work more efficiently and maintain focus during redistribution planning.

Solution:
The redistribution overview now automatically loads 100 styles by default, adding 100 more as you scroll when filter criteria allow. Additionally, the Select All button has been moved to the main toolbar, aligning it with other bulk actions like “Redistribute item(s)”. This new layout streamlines the selection process and improves overall usability and workflow efficiency.

Direct Transfer Routing for Selected Sending Locations

Use Case:
As a logistics planner or supply chain operator, you want to define sending locations that should bypass the standard consolidation (routing) logic, so transfers from these locations are shipped directly to their destination without being rerouted through a consolidation warehouse. This allows greater flexibility for regional DCs or cross-dock operations.

Solution:
A new configuration option in the routing settings allows to specify one or more sending locations that will bypass standard routing. When a transfer originates from one of these selected locations, it is sent directly to the receiving location instead of through the consolidation warehouse. If no sending locations are selected, all transfers follow the standard routing logic. The UI now clearly distinguishes between direct receiving locations (existing feature) and direct sending locations (new feature), ensuring intuitive configuration and precise control over transfer routing behavior.

General:

Redesigned Stock Widget on Main Dashboard

Use Case:
As a user, you want a clearer and more informative overview of your total stock across locations, so you can quickly assess inventory distribution and performance at a glance.

Solution:
The Stock widget on the main dashboard has been completely redesigned. It now displays a consolidated view of Total Inventory, including breakdowns for Store, Warehouse and Other stock. The Total, Store & warehouse category shows both absolute values and in green or red percentage comparisons versus last year, providing instant insights into stock balance and year-over-year performance. This improved design enhances readability, supports faster decision-making, and offers a more accurate snapshot of current inventory status.

Faster, More Flexible Location Clusters

Use Case:
As a planner, you want location clusters to open quickly and be easy to manage, so you can sort clusters, update their details, and maintain memberships without friction.

Solution:
We’ve improved the styling and performance of Location Clusters. Clusters load noticeably faster, support better sorting, and allow inline edits to cluster code, name, and color. Removing locations from a cluster is now simpler and more intuitive, streamlining day-to-day cluster maintenance.
