In this release, we’ve delivered a set of powerful enhancements across replenishment, redistribution, and data management. Whether you’re building proposals, managing redistributions, or fine-tuning your merchandise setup, these updates make it easier to work with precision, speed, and clarity.

From smarter exports and detailed overviews to flexible routing and new filter options, every improvement is designed to help you stay focused and in control. And with clearer visual layouts and enriched forecasting data, your daily decisions are now better supported than ever.

Replenishment:

Enhancement to Replenishment Proposals Screen & Export

Use Case: You’re a planner preparing replenishment proposals. You want to make informed decisions based not only on stock targets but also on recent sales trends and current DC stock, all without having to piece together data from different sources or exports.

Solution: The replenishment proposals screen now includes additional columns for Sales last 7 days, Sales last 6 weeks, and Current DC stock. These data points are also added to the export file, alongside Stock Target and Stock on Hand, which were already visible in the screen. This gives you full visibility and ensures your exported data reflects all key metrics for deeper analysis and smarter replenishment decisions.

Enhanced Visibility in Replenishment Proposal Summary Screens

Use Case: You’re monitoring replenishment proposal summaries by location, style, or brand and want a complete view of all proposals — not just those still in review — to better assess progress and decisions within a batch.

Solution: The replenishment proposal summary screens (Location, Style, and Brand) now display data for proposals that are in review, approved, and rejected within the current batch since the last successful replenishment engine run. The first number shown represents proposals still in review; if a second number appears, it reflects the total, including approved and rejected proposals. This gives you clearer insights into the status of your replenishment batches.

Filtering in Stop Replenishment Proposals

Use Case: You’re reviewing stop replenishment proposals and want to quickly narrow down the list to focus on specific locations, items, or stock details without exporting data or scanning the full table manually.

Solution: It is now possible to filter directly on the columns visible in the stop replenishment proposal table, such as Location, SizeCode, Stock Target, Item Code, Item Description, Color, and Stock On Hand. This makes it easier to pinpoint relevant proposals and take action faster.

Export and Import Stock Targets in Replenishment Operations

Use Case: You want to efficiently manage and update large sets of stock targets across locations and SKUs, making bulk adjustments to key values without manual entry or risk of missing styles that should be activated.

Solution: It is now possible to export stock targets directly from the replenishment operations screen. Based on your applied filters, you can export up to 500,000 stock targets per location/SKU. After editing the export file, you can re-import it to update values such as activation status, stock target quantity, display stock quantity, and activation start and end dates. If you activate a stock target for an inactive style during import, the style will automatically be activated as well — ensuring consistency without extra steps.

Improved Action Button Layout & Phases in Replenishment Operations

Use Case: You want a clearer and more intuitive overview of the status and actions for each style, so you can work faster without searching for key information or buttons.

Solution: In the replenishment operations screen, the style activation status button is now positioned at the front of the action button row, instead of above the style image. Additionally, the current phase of an article is displayed as a number, making it easier to see at a glance in which phase a style is currently positioned

Negative Stock Alert in Replenishment Monitoring

Use Case: You’re monitoring replenishment performance and want to quickly identify and act on locations or SKUs that have negative stock levels, without having to manually search through data or run separate reports.

Solution: The replenishment monitoring screen now raises an alert when negative stock is detected for specific location/SKU combinations. From this alert, you can export a file containing all affected locations/SKUs along with their current stock levels. This makes it easy to review, investigate, and resolve discrepancies efficiently.

Redistribution:

Improved Redistribution Pick Request Emails with Printable PDF Overview

Use Case: You’re handling redistribution pick requests and want a clear, printable overview showing which styles need to be collected at each location and where they need to be sent — all without piecing together data from different sources.

Solution: Redistribution pick request emails now include a PDF attachment that provides a clear overview per location, detailing which styles need to be collected and their destination locations. The updated layout also makes it easy to print the pick request for use on the shop floor.

Detailed View in Redistribution History

Use Case: You want to easily track the performance of each redistribution by seeing exactly how well it was executed and how many movements took place, all without having to piece together separate reports.

Solution: The redistribution history screen now shows detailed insights at both location and style level for each redistribution. You can directly view key metrics like execution %, sell-through rate %, and movements, making it easier to evaluate and learn from each redistribution.

Flexible Routing for Store-to-Warehouse Transfers

Use Case: You’re planning redistributions and want certain receiving locations to get shipments directly from the sending location, without having to pass through the usual warehouse — making the process faster and simpler where needed.

Solution: When you select the store-to-warehouse strategy, you can now choose specific locations from a handy dropdown list (with search on location code and description). Transfers to these locations will skip the standard warehouse route and go directly from the sending store to the destination. If you don’t select any locations, transfers will follow the normal warehouse path. This gives you more control and flexibility, without extra manual work.

New Filters in Redistribution Automation: Weeks in Sale & Weeks in Stock

Use Case: You want to refine your redistribution automation so that only styles at a specific stage in their lifecycle are redistributed, ensuring more targeted and effective stock movements.

Solution: Two new filters have been added at style level in the redistribution automation: Weeks in Sale and Weeks in Stock. When you apply these filters, only styles that fall within the selected number of weeks will be included in the redistribution. This gives you more control to focus on styles that are at the right moment for redistribution.

Data enhancement:

Create and Import Events to Enrich Forecasts

Use Case: You want to enhance your sales forecasts by factoring in important events like promotions, campaigns, or seasonal activities and have a clear overview of what’s coming up, all without missing key dates.

Solution: It is now possible to create events via Data Enhancement that can be used to enrich your forecasts with relevant additional data. You can also import events in bulk to ensure your timeline is complete with all important activities. Upcoming events are shown at a glance on the main dashboard, so you always have visibility on what’s ahead.

Hide Merchandise Categories Across Portal Filters

Use Case: You’re managing a complex merchandise taxonomy and want to ensure that only relevant categories are shown in filters throughout the portal, without having to manually hide each individual subcategory.

Solution: Within Data Enhancement → Merchandise Taxonomy → Merchandise Tree, you can now hide entire merchandise categories. When you hide a category, it will no longer appear in filters anywhere in the portal. All underlying subcategories are automatically hidden as well, making it easy to manage large category structures efficiently and keep filter options clean and focused.
