Data Enhancement

⚙️ Bulk edit location properties to hide or unhide multiple locations at once.
🎨 Improved styling in Events: clearer cards, details, and consistent UI.

Introduction:

In this release, we’ve expanded the capabilities of replenishment, redistribution, and data enhancement to give you more control and visibility in daily operations. From exporting and importing proposals to smarter filters and proactive alerts, every update is built to streamline decision-making.

Whether you’re allocating stock, managing redistributions, or maintaining your location data, these improvements help you act faster, with greater accuracy and clarity. With cleaner layouts, bulk actions, and cluster-based insights, you’ll spend less time navigating complexity and more time driving results.

Replenishment:

Batch Counts for Stop Replenishment Proposals

Use Case:
As a merchandiser, you want to instantly see if there are open Stop Replenishment Proposals without needing to open the proposals screen. This allows you to quickly assess whether action is required and stay on top of pending decisions.

Solution:
A batch count has been added to the Stop Proposals menu item in the Replenisher. The number shown represents the total of open Stop Replenishment Proposals. Additionally, the Operations menu item now includes this number in its total, displaying both open replenishment proposals and stop replenishment proposals combined. This enhancement makes it easier to keep track of pending proposals directly from the navigation menu.

Export & Import Stop Replenishment Proposals:

Use Case:
As a merchandiser, you want to quickly review and process Stop Replenishment (RPL) proposals without relying only on the portal. Exporting proposals lets you work offline or in bulk, while importing changes back allows you to efficiently approve or reject large sets of proposals.

Solution:
You can now export Stop RPL proposals directly from the system. The export file contains the same columns and data visible in the Stop RPL proposals table, plus the necessary IDs to ensure updates are applied to the correct records. The format aligns with existing proposal exports.

Through the import function, you can upload a file to update proposal statuses. Only the Status field can be changed, with valid options being Approved or Rejected. The system validates the file structure and data on upload, ensuring only correct and complete updates are processed. If unsupported values or missing IDs are detected, the system will return a clear error message and reject the file.

Filter by Location Type in RPL Locations Overview

Use Case:
As a merchandiser, you often need to focus on specific groups of locations, such as distribution centers, return centers, or event stores. Without a location type filter, you have to manually scan through a long list of locations, which slows down analysis and decision-making.

Solution:
The RPL locations overview now includes a Location Type filter, allowing you to quickly narrow down the list to only the relevant locations. You can select one or multiple types — for example, DC (Goods Distribution), DC (Goods Return), DC / Webshop, or Event Store.

Alerts for Missing Min/Max Guardrails in Activated Categories

Use Case:
As a merchandiser, you need to ensure that replenishment categories are set up correctly. When a category is activated without defined Min and Max values, the system cannot use it in replenishment calculations. Without clear guardrails, activated categories remain inactive in practice — leading to confusion and missed replenishment opportunities.

Solution:
The system now raises an alert whenever a category is activated but does not have Min/Max values defined. This alert appears in the Important Alerts and Recommended Replenishments section and clearly highlights which merchandise category is missing configuration.

From the alert, you can directly enter the Min and Max quantities for that category and save the changes immediately. Alternatively, you can navigate to the Category Settings to configure multiple categories at once.

Redistribution:

Pick Request PDF with Multiple Articles per Page

Use Case:
As a shopfloor employee, you want to work more efficiently by carrying fewer pages during a pick operation. Previously, each article in a pick request was printed on its own sheet, which made the PDF unnecessarily long and cumbersome to use on the shopfloor.

Solution:
The pick request PDF now supports listing multiple items on a single page instead of generating one page per article. This reduces the total number of pages, making the document easier to handle while collecting items.

A new configurable setting has been added in Redistributor → Settings → General → Pick request email, allowing you to decide whether multiple items should be grouped per page. By default, this setting is turned off, keeping the one-item-per-page format. When grouping is enabled, the system dynamically calculates how many items can fit on a single page, taking into account formatting, item size, and layout constraints to ensure clarity and readability.

Receiving Summary PDF in Pick Request Emails

Use Case:
As a store manager, you want to know in advance which items are expected in an incoming batch so you can prepare for the shipment and verify completeness upon arrival. Previously, pick request emails only contained instructions for the sending location, leaving receiving stores without a clear overview of what to expect.

Solution:
Pick request emails now support an optional Receiving Summary PDF that lists the styles and quantities expected for the incoming batch. The summary is presented in a simple, clean layout at style level. This ensures receiving stores have a clear and minimal overview, optimized for readability and preparation.

A new configurable setting has been added in Redistributor → Settings → General → Pick request email, allowing you to enable or disable the Receiving Summary attachment. By default, this setting is off, so no summary is included unless explicitly activated. The summary is attached as a separate PDF in the pick request email, giving both sending and receiving locations the documentation they need to execute redistributions smoothly.

Store Clusters in Redistribution Operations

Use Case:
As a merchandiser, you want to see which Store clusters a style belongs to when reviewing redistribution operations. This helps you quickly determine whether a style should be included in a redistribution, without cross-checking in other views or systems.

Solution:
A new Store Clusters card has been added to the Redistributor Operations overview. For each style, this card displays all assigned store clusters, giving you immediate insight into cluster membership. The card can be enabled or disabled through a new configuration option in Redistribution Settings → Operations View.

Filter Styles by Location Clusters in RD Operations

Use Case:
As a merchandiser, you often need to focus only on styles that are relevant to specific store clusters when making redistribution decisions. Without a dedicated filter, you have to manually scan or cross-check styles across all locations, which slows down the decision-making process.

Solution:
The Redistributor Operations overview now includes a Store Cluster filter. This filter lists all store clusters available within the tenant’s configuration, displayed as Cluster Code – Cluster Description. This gives merchandisers a powerful way to focus redistribution planning on the most relevant subsets of their store network, without unnecessary clutter in the operations overview.

Data Enhancement:

Bulk Edit Location Properties

Use Case:
As a business owner, you want to efficiently manage your locations without having to adjust them one by one. Previously, hiding or unhiding locations required selecting each location individually, which was time-consuming and error-prone when managing larger sets.

Solution:
You can now edit multiple location properties in bulk. By selecting multiple locations in the Locations Data Enhancement overview, you can instantly hide or unhide them with one action. This makes managing your location setup faster, easier, and more consistent — especially when working with large networks of stores, warehouses, or other location types.

The new bulk action panel clearly shows how many locations are selected, and you can confirm your changes with a single save. This update eliminates repetitive steps and helps keep your location management streamlined.

Styling Improvements in Data Enhancement Events

Use Case:
As a merchandiser or planner, you rely on the Events section in Data Enhancement to manage campaigns, sales periods, and seasonal activities. A clear and well-structured interface helps you quickly create, review, and update events without confusion or wasted time.

Solution:
The Events module in Data Enhancement has been updated with several styling improvements to make event management more intuitive and visually consistent:

  • Improved layout of event cards for better readability.

  • Clearer separation of event details such as name, type, dates, and description.

  • Enhanced input fields and button styling to align with the latest UI standards across the portal.

  • More consistent use of spacing, typography, and icons for easier scanning and editing.
