Introduction:
This release delivers powerful upgrades across replenishment and redistribution, giving you more flexibility, speed, and control in daily operations. From custom CSV separators and filter-aware exports to advanced tools for managing location activation timelines, every enhancement is designed to simplify planning and keep your data accurate.
Replenishment:
Custom CSV Separator for Import & Export
Use Case:
As a user, you often work with different external tools like Excel that expect specific CSV separators. Currently, Excel automatically converts semicolons (;) to commas (,), causing import failures and forcing users to manually replace separators in a text editor before importing. This manual step is time-consuming and inefficient.
Solution:
A new File Separator dropdown is now available in all import and export dialogs. Users can select their preferred separator—semicolon (;), comma (,), pipe (|), or tab to match the requirements of external tools. The system automatically parses imported files and generates exported files using the selected separator. The chosen separator can be stored per user session or configuration, ensuring a smooth, repeatable workflow without manual edits.

Export Only What You See (Filter-Aware Exports)
Use Case:
As a user, you want exports to include only the rows currently visible after applying filters, so you don’t waste time deleting irrelevant data in Excel or other tools.
Solution:
Exports now fully respect active filters across proposal views. When you export from Replenisher → Proposals or Replenisher → Stop Proposals, the file contains exactly the rows shown in your filtered UI. The exported filename also reflects your filters.

Filter Stock Targets by Location or Store Cluster
Use Case:
As a merchandiser, you need to focus on specific segments of your network such as full-price or outlet stores when setting or reviewing stock targets. Without filtering, you must manually search through a long list of locations, which slows down analysis and decision-making.
Solution:
The Stock Targets popup now includes Location and Store Cluster filters, allowing you to instantly narrow the list to only the relevant stores. You can apply both filters simultaneously, and your selections persist throughout the session for seamless workflow continuity. Subtenant users will see only the locations and clusters assigned to their subtenant, ensuring data privacy and clarity.

Start Replenishment Proposals
Use Case:
As a merchandiser, you want disabled stock targets to be re-enabled as soon as there is sufficient warehouse stock, so replenishment can restart without manual intervention or delays.
Solution:
The Stop Replenishment Engine now includes a Create Start Replenishment Proposals setting. When activated, the system generates proposals that, once approved, automatically re-enable stock targets for the affected styles.
You can Approve or Reject these proposals on the Start Proposals that mirrors the functionality of existing proposal pages, including familiar filters and batch actions. An optional Auto Approve toggle is available to immediately approve and apply these proposals without manual review.

Include External Transfers in “In Transit” (RPL Details)
Use Case:
Merchandisers need a complete picture of incoming stock when reviewing RPL details. Previously, only transfers created within the WAIR portal appeared under In Transit, leading to confusion when external transfers—already considered in demand calculations—weren’t visible
Solution:
The In Transit section on the RPL Details view now includes transfers created outside WAIR as well. This alignment between what’s shown in the UI and what’s used in proposal logic makes it clear when a proposal is correctly not created due to already inbound stock.

Set Start & End Dates for Location Replenishment Activation
Use Case:
As a merchandiser, you need to schedule when specific locations within a style are active for replenishment and when they should automatically deactivate. Without start and end dates per location, you must manually monitor and update activations, making long-term planning more difficult.
Solution:
You can now define start and end dates for each location within a style directly in the stock targets popup. Both dates are editable, allowing you to plan when a location should be active or inactive for replenishment. The current start and end dates are clearly displayed and can be adjusted at any time.
Both dates are also editable with the new bulk feature that is visible in the stock targets popup

Redesigned Bulk Edit for Location Activation and Stock targets
Use Case:
As a merchandiser, you often need to activate or deactivate multiple locations within a style and adjust their stock targets in one action. Previously, these bulk actions were spread across different controls, making the process less intuitive.
Solution:
The bulk editing experience in the activation popup has been redesigned for clarity and efficiency.
Location activation and deactivation remain accessible at the top of the popup for quick status changes.
Setting Stock targets for multiple locations is now grouped under Stock Actions → Set Stock Targets, keeping all related controls in one place.
All existing functionality, such as overwriting or locking stock targets, remains fully available, ensuring a smoother and more organized workflow without losing any features.

Import & Export Location/Style Activation Status and Dates
Use Case:
As a user, you need an efficient way to set or update the activation status and the start and end dates for each location–style combination. Manually editing these details in the UI is time-consuming and difficult to scale across large assortments.
Solution:
A new Location Style Activation import and export feature is available in the RPL Operations overview, enabling precise control of activation details:
Import and export a CSV with the IsActive column to activate (TRUE) or deactivate (FALSE) locations for a style. You can also include StartDate and EndDate to set or update the activation timeline directly from the file.
.png?sv=2022-11-02&spr=https&st=2026-04-05T07%3A33%3A49Z&se=2026-04-05T07%3A49%3A49Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=VJJ2aVmfJTKam4621dFdABUxwBC1h57M8WzW4bkiqTY%3D)
Redistribution:
Filter Redistribution Operations by Color
Use Case:
As a merchandiser, you often work with styles that include multiple color variants. Without a color filter, it can be time-consuming to isolate specific variants when planning redistributions, making it harder to manage assortments efficiently.
Solution:
A new Color filter is now available in the Redistributor Operations overview. You can select one or multiple color variants and combine this with existing filters such as item code or description. This allows you to quickly focus on the exact style variants you need to review or redistribute.
.png?sv=2022-11-02&spr=https&st=2026-04-05T07%3A33%3A49Z&se=2026-04-05T07%3A49%3A49Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=VJJ2aVmfJTKam4621dFdABUxwBC1h57M8WzW4bkiqTY%3D)
Batch Count for Redistribution Recommendations in Navigation Menu
Use Case:
As a merchandiser, you want to immediately see how many redistribution recommendations are pending without opening the Monitoring screen. Without a visible count, it’s easy to miss new recommendations and delay action.
Solution:
The Redistributor → Monitoring menu item now displays a live batch count of all open redistribution recommendations. This number updates in real time, giving you instant visibility of pending actions directly from the navigation menu and helping you stay on top of redistribution needs at a glance.

Hide Non-Redistributed Sizes in Pick Request Emails & PDFs
Use Case:
As a shopfloor employee, you need pick request emails and PDFs to display only the sizes that require picking. Showing sizes with no quantities adds unnecessary clutter and slows down the picking process
Solution:
A new Hide Empty Sizes setting is now available under Redistributor → Settings → General → Pick request Email. When enabled, any sizes with zero quantity are automatically excluded from both the email body and the attached PDF. This keeps pick requests concise, improves readability, and helps staff focus solely on the sizes that need to be picked.
