Introduction:

In this release, we’re introducing powerful enhancements that make redistribution and replenishment more flexible, transparent, and user-driven. From dynamic redistribution settings to clearer metrics and smarter controls, these updates give you more precision in how and where you move stock.

Whether you’re fine-tuning coverage, reviewing proposals at style level, narrowing redistribution to specific clusters, or managing subtenant permissions, these features are designed to help you streamline operations and make faster, better-informed decisions.

Redistribution:

Adjustable Weeks of Coverage During Redistribution

You can now adjust the weeks of coverage directly during a redistribution. As soon as you change the value, a new calculation is triggered automatically using the updated weeks of coverage period. This makes it easier to tailor the redistribution logic to your desired stock coverage without leaving the workflow.

Style-Level Visibility and Approval in Redistribution Proposals

Redistribution proposals now display the styles being redistributed, giving you a clear overview of which styles are involved. You can select one or more styles to approve or reject, rather than having to approve or reject the entire proposal at once. This enhancement gives you greater control and flexibility over your redistribution decisions.

Location Metrics Now Reflect Only Redistributed Styles

The Sell-Through Rate (STR) and Out of Stock (OOS) metrics per location are now calculated exclusively based on the styles included in the redistribution proposals. This gives a more accurate view of the impact of the redistribution on each location.

The first number shown is the projected STR or OOS after redistribution, while the second number indicates the change (increase or decrease) compared to the current situation.

View Sales of the Last 6 Weeks & Total Sales During Redistribution

During redistribution, you can now view the sales figures of the past 6 completed weeks as well as total sales for the selected style. This provides valuable context at the location/SKU level, helping you make more informed redistribution decisions based on recent performance.

Redistribute Within Selected Location Clusters

You can now select one or more location clusters before starting a redistribution. Stock will only be sent and received within the selected clusters, ensuring that redistribution is confined to specific location groups. Locations outside of the selected cluster(s) will be excluded from the redistribution process.

Save pending redistributions:

You can now save redistribution jobs and resume them later. All your progress is stored and can be accessed from the Pending page. While a redistribution job is active, the associated styles are locked for others, ensuring that no overlapping changes occur. Pending redistributions will expire automatically after 16 hours if not completed.

Visibility into Redistribution Effects at Location Level

During redistribution, each location now displays additional information in blue next to the original KPIs. This includes the number of units being received and sent, the change in the total number of unique items within the merchandise category, and the total units within this merchandise category. These values are calculated based on all styles included in the current redistribution job or in a pending state, giving you a clearer understanding of the impact at location level.

Optional Email Comment for Redistribution Notifications

A new setting is now available in the redistribution configuration: you can add an optional comment that will be included in the Pick Request Email sent to locations involved in a redistribution order. This comment can be used to provide custom instructions or context, helping staff at the sending location prepare the transfer more efficiently.

Replenisher:

Summary Views for Replenishment Proposals

When reviewing replenishment proposals, you can now access summary views by location, style, and brand. This allows you to quickly understand the overall impact of your open proposals and supports more efficient evaluation and decision-making.

Control Subtenant Access to Style Activation

It is now possible to control whether subtenant users can activate or deactivate styles via the Replenishment Operations Overview. When this option is disabled, subtenant users will no longer be allowed to set complete styles to active or inactive
