Introduction:

This release brings several improvements to enhance automation, visibility, and control over your replenishment and redistribution processes. You can now automate the activation and deactivation of location/variants, export initial distribution calculations, and track warehouse stock levels more effectively. Redistribution proposals provide clearer insights into stock impact, and a new setting allows direct transfers for product recalls. Additionally, filtering has been improved for a more seamless user experience. Explore the updates and optimize your inventory operations!

Replenishment:

Automation rules for (in)activation:

We’ve made it easier to activate and deactivate location/variants using automation rules. You can now create rules based on filter criteria and define an action type—currently limited to (de)activating location/variants. Additionally, you can schedule these automation rules by setting a start and end date and specifying execution frequency: daily, weekly, monthly, or once.

Initial distribution export:

You can now export the initial distribution calculation in CSV format. This allows you to export the proposals that will be generated once the purchase order is received.

Initial distribution warehouse stock:

The remaining stock in the warehouse is now visible in the proposal table. This is the stock that remains in the warehouses that is available for replenishment.

Redistribution:

Redistribution proposal current and future stock level:

Redistribution proposals now display both the current and future stock levels per location/variant. This makes the impact of redistribution transfers that need approval visible at a detailed level. If a location/variant shows an empty cell, it indicates that both the current and future stock levels are zero.

Transfer routing to one location:

A new setting has been added to bypass store-to-warehouse transfer routing when redistributing to a single location. Enable this option to ensure that product recalls are sent directly to the intended location instead of passing through the previously designated warehouse.

Filters:

Improve user experience remaining filters:

The merchandise category filter is now visible without any pop up. This change makes sure the filter is aligned with all the other filters through the complete portal.
