TL:DR:

• Improved Navigation: The portal’s menu structure has been reorganized per solution, making navigation more intuitive and functionalities easier to access.

• Seamless Scrolling: The "Load More" button has been removed from the Replenishment and Redistributor Operations Overview—styles now load automatically as you scroll.

Introduction:

In this release, we have made significant improvements to the portal’s navigation and usability. The menu structure has been reorganized for better clarity across all solutions, making it easier to find and manage key functionalities. Additionally, we have enhanced the scrolling experience in the Replenishment and Redistributor Operations Overview, removing the "Load More" button for a smoother workflow.

Navigation Menu:

To enhance the user experience, we have updated the portal's navigation structure. The different sections within the portal are now better grouped per solution, making navigation more intuitive.

Initial Distribution:

To improve clarity and ease of use, we have updated the Initial Distributor menu structure:

• Monitoring is at the top, providing relevant KPIs to manage the Initial Distribution process.

• Operations is divided into two sections:

  • Overview: Displays open purchase orders available for pre-allocation.

  • Proposals: Contains initial distribution transfers that require approval.

• Settings is now split into two sections:

  • General: Configure default settings.

  • Strategy: Define your initial distribution strategy.

Replenisher:

To enhance usability and navigation, we have updated the Replenisher menu structure:

• Monitoring is at the top, providing key KPIs and recommendations to manage the replenishment process effectively.

• Operations includes the following sections:

  • Overview: Displays style and location data, also allowing you to manage stock targets.

  • Initial Activation: Enables bulk initial activation of styles across multiple locations.

  • Proposals: Shows transfer proposals generated by the replenishment engine that are awaiting approval.

  • Strategy Rules: Allows the creation of push strategies based on style, brand, location, or merchandise category.

• Automation provides access to view, edit, and create automation rules, determining which location/SKUs are active or inactive.

• Settings is now divided into:

  • General: General settings for the replenishment solution.

  • Replenishment Engine: Configure automatic transfer proposal generation.

  • Category: Manage your merchandise categories min max.

  • Delivery: Manage transfer schedules across all locations.

Redistribution:

• Monitoring provides key KPIs and recommendations to manage the redistribution process effectively.

• Operations is now divided into:

  • Overview: Allows you to select styles for redistribution.

  • Proposals: Displays redistribution transfers that are awaiting approval.

• Automation is now visible but restricted, indicating future functionality.

• Settings is divided into:

  • General: Configure general settings for the Redistributor.

  • Location Control: Exclude specific locations from sending or receiving during redistribution proposal creation.

Product describer:

• Monitoring Provides insights into key product description metrics.

• Operations now includes:

  • Overview: Displays pending product descriptions awaiting approval.

  • Manual Description: Allows users to manually upload images to generate a product description.

  • Semi-Automatic: Enables bulk product uploads via import for automatic description generation.

• Automation provides access to view, modify, and create automation rules, defining which tone of voice is applied to items received via automation.

• Settings now includes:

  • General: General settings for the Product Describer solution.

  • Tone of Voice: Configure the writing style and tone for generated descriptions.

  • Taxonomy: Manage and customize product categories and attributes taxonomy.

  • Abbreviations: Define and manage abbreviation rules for product descriptions.

Scrolling in Operations Overview

Navigating through styles in the Replenishment and Redistributor Operations Overview has become more intuitive. Previously, you had to click the "Load More" button to see additional styles. With this update, that extra step is no longer necessary. Now, as you scroll down, more styles will automatically load. Once you reach the last visible style, the system will seamlessly fetch and display more, ensuring a smoother and uninterrupted workflow. A scroll to top button has also been added to easily navigate to the top of the table.

We ensure that all the other pages where the “Load More” button is currently being used will work the same way as the Replenisher and Redistributor Operations Overview in the near future.
