Introduction

This release focuses on strengthening auditability, strategic targeting, and automated prioritization across the platform. We are introducing deeper visibility into historical replenishment decisions and providing merchandisers with the tools to align stock movements more closely with seasonal commercial calendars and collection drops.

Furthermore, this update enhances decision-making efficiency by surfacing high-impact redistribution opportunities through intelligent ranking and enforcing strict category guardrails to prevent overstocking. With refined warehouse stock filters and an upgraded AI engine for product descriptions, this release reduces operational noise and ensures your team can focus on the most actionable, high-margin tasks with greater precision and less manual effort

Replenisher:

Replenishment proposal history and export

Use case

As a merchandiser, you want to review and audit previously approved replenishment proposals. Without a historical overview, it is difficult to track past movements or export historical data for external reporting and analysis.

Solution

We introduced a new History page within the Replenisher module. This page provides a complete audit trail of all replenishment activities, allowing users to filter through past proposals by creation date and export the data to CSV/Excel for further use. Please note that only the proposals that have been approved are shown.

How it works

  1. Navigate to Replenisher → Operations → History.

  2. The overview displays a list of all historical batches, including Batch ID, Total Quantity, Locations and Created Date.

  3. The proposals that are shown are for your specific workspace, every proposals that is within your style group and location cluster is shown.

  4. Click on a batch to see the Transfer Details, including 'From' and 'To' locations, Item Codes, Color, Size, and Status.

  5. Click the Export button to download the currently filtered view. The export will respect your active filters, ensuring you only download the relevant historical data.

Push Strategies by Season and Collection

Use case

As a merchandiser, you want to align your push strategies with commercial planning and seasonal launches. Previously, you could only target products by location, brand, category, or style. Without the ability to filter by Season or Collection, it was difficult to quickly execute push strategies for specific product drops or seasonal assortments.

Solution

We have added Seasons and Collections as new targeting constraints within the "Create Push Strategy" workflow. This allows for much more granular control, enabling you to focus your push strategy on the exact commercial segments that match your current business priorities.

How it works

  1. Navigate to Replenisher → Push → Create Push Strategy.

  2. Proceed to Step 2: Target Products.

  3. Under the Add Targeting Constraint section, you will now see two new options:

    • Seasons: Select one or more specific seasons to target.

    • Collections: Select one or more collections to target.

  4. These filters can be used independently or combined with existing dimensions like Brands or Categories.

  5. The logic is AND-based: for example, if you select a specific "Season" AND a specific "Category," the strategy will only apply to products that meet both criteria.

Redistribution:

Redistribution Overview ranked by impact and urgency

Use case

As a merchandiser, you want to focus your attention on the redistribution decisions that will have the greatest impact. Without a prioritized list, you have to manually scan through large assortments to identify which styles are most urgent, which is time-consuming and risks missing critical stock-balancing opportunities.

Solution

We have updated the Redistribution Overview to automatically rank styles based on their impact and urgency. By leveraging the existing prioritization logic from our Redistribution Recommendations, the system now surfaces the most critical redistribution opportunities at the top of your list by default. This ensures a more intuitive workflow and faster, more confident decision-making.

How it works

  1. Navigate to Redistribution → Operations.

  2. Styles are now sorted by default based on a combined score of Margin optimized ranking.

Respect Max Category Settings in Redistribution

Use case

As a merchandiser, you want to ensure that stock allocated during redistribution stays within your defined guardrails. Without a cap on these values, the system might propose redistribution quantities that exceed a location's capacity or planned stock levels for specific categories, leading to overstocking issues.

Solution

We have introduced Max Category Settings for Redistribution. This feature allows you to set maximum stock limits per category that the redistribution engine will strictly respect. By enabling this safeguard, the system ensures that automated proposals never exceed your defined limits, while still allowing you the flexibility to manually override these values when necessary.

How it works

  1. Navigate to Redistribution → Settings → Category.

  2. Open the new Max Category Settings tab. This tab mirrors the logic of the Replenishment min/max settings tree.

  3. Toggle the Use max values switch to enable the feature (it is disabled by default).

    • Enabled: The redistribution proposal will not exceed your defined max values.

    • Disabled: The engine operates without these specific category caps.

  4. Define your maximum stock levels per category in the hierarchy.

    • You can edit values at any level; use the pencil icon to update.

    • Changes can be applied to all sub-categories below a specific level for faster configuration.

  5. If you manually edit a proposal's future state beyond the limit, the system will allow it, giving you final control over specific cases.

Replenishment & Redistribution:

Filter by stock in warehouse locations

Use case

As a merchandiser, you want to quickly focus on styles that are actually replenishable. With all styles now visible in the Operations overview, including those with zero stock, the data can become noisy. Without the ability to filter by stock availability at the DC or Webshop, you spend time reviewing styles that cannot trigger meaningful proposals because they have no usable stock.

Solution

We introduced new filtering options that allow users to filter styles in the Operations overview based on stock availability at specific hubs, such as the Warehouse (DC) or Webshop. This ensures you only see "actionable" styles, reducing clutter and improving operational efficiency for retailers with large assortments.

How it works

  1. Navigate to Replenisher / Redistributor → Operations → Overview.

  2. Open the filter menu and locate the new Stock in Warehouse locations and filters.

  3. Use the slider or input fields to set a minimum and/or maximum value for available stock (e.g., show only styles with at least 250 units in the DC).

  4. The overview instantly updates to show only styles that meet these stock availability criteria.
