WAIR - Customer portal

We're excited to announce significant enhancements in the customer portal. We've focused on refining our redistributor solution, significantly improving data handling and display for better clarity and efficiency. Key changes include improved sales and stock chart visuals for clearer data interpretation and new category management options to improve your experience. These enhancements are designed to optimize your operational performance.

Key changes:

• Progress update on the redistributor solution:

  Continued development on the redistributor solution over the past weeks, with a focus on enhancing data loading and display capabilities. Improvements include a detailed overview that visually represents both the current and future states of data. In the coming weeks, we will further refine the redistributor to ensure it is ready for an upcoming release.

• Graph visuals

  Updated sales charts on the replenisher: Color adjustments for improved clarity. Declines are now displayed in red, while increases appear in green, facilitating a clearer distinction between items.

  The same goes for the Stock graph on the replenisher.

• WAIR or ERP category principle management

  Introducing the option to select either WAIR or your ERP as the guiding principle for category settings.  You gain the possibility to activate the following options: “Apply Replenishment Recommendation“, “Create new Replenishment Quantity“ and “Is Active“. Asides from that their is the option to edit the Min/Max replenishment Quantity. This is easily editable through the tree structure of merchandise structure codes.

Bug Fixes:

• Items attributes are now shown correctly in a product describer job

• Sell through rate and out of stock are now shown as percentages instead of decimals after executing a quick/default filter

• SeasonId and Merchandise structure code are now shown correctly after executing a quick/default filter.

• In a product describer job, implementing the change for all languages shows the translations without a necessary reload.

• Products without colorid are now included in the product describer automation.

Upcoming features:

• Define the creativity level of a product description on tone of voice level with predefined options.

• We are diligently working on preparing the redistribution solution.

• Filter on the under/over predictions on the replenisher overview

• Add additional information for the KPIs on the dashboard pages

• When a category is changed in a product describer job, the associated tags will automatically be regenerated and populated if applicable.
