Introduction

This release focuses on delivering greater flexibility and precision in replenishment and redistribution operations. We are introducing enhanced activation controls that integrate ERP-driven min/max scheduling with manual overrides, giving you unified visibility and control over when and why styles are active at each location.
On the redistribution side, automation rules can now be scoped to specific location clusters, ensuring automated proposals respect real-world operational boundaries such as regions, countries, or logistics zones. Similarly, push strategies now support location cluster filtering, enabling targeted push rules for specific store groups. Additionally, the redistribution workflow now shows assortment indicators at the location level, helping merchandisers quickly identify whether a style belongs in a location's planned assortment before making redistribution decisions.

Together, these improvements increase operational precision, reduce manual corrections, and align automation more closely with how your business actually operates.

TL;DR:

🎯 Enhanced Location/Style Activation Logic — Unified activation control that combines ERP min/max start & end dates with manual overrides and automation rules. See exactly why a style is active or inactive at each location, and manually unlock activation when needed.

📌 Store Cluster Filter on Push Strategies — Filter push strategy constraints by location cluster, so push rules are applied only to stores within selected cluster groups.

🏬 Location Cluster Scoping for Redistribution Automation — Scope redistribution automation rules to specific location clusters, ensuring automated proposals only include locations within selected regions, concepts, or logistics zones.

👕 Assortment Indicator on Redistribution Locations — See at a glance whether a style is part of a location's planned assortment during redistribution, helping you make more informed redistribution decisions.

Replenisher

Enhanced Location/Style Activation Logic

Use case

As a replenishment manager, you need clear control over when styles are active for replenishment at specific locations. Previously, activation was managed through a simple on/off toggle and optional start/end dates set manually. When ERP systems provided min/max stock values with their own validity periods, these dates were not reflected in the portal — making it difficult to understand why a style was active or when it would stop being replenished.

Solution

We have enhanced the location/style activation logic to incorporate multiple activation sources into a unified system. The activation status of a style at a location is now determined by a combination of:

  • ERP min/max value start & end dates — When your ERP system sends min/max stock values with a start and/or end date, these dates are now used to set the activation period automatically.

  • Manual activation/deactivation — You can still manually activate or deactivate a style for a location.

  • Manual start & end dates — Set explicit date ranges for when replenishment should be active.

  • Automation rules — Existing automation rules (Season, Collection, Category, Location, Advanced) continue to function, but their effect is now visible alongside other activation sources.

How it works

The Stock Target dialog now shows the activation reason for each location, so you can see at a glance whether a style is active due to a manual action, an ERP min/max date, or an automation rule.

If a style was activated or deactivated by an automated process (such as an ERP import or automation rule), you can manually unlock the activation status to override it. This gives you full control even when automation is in place.

The Activate New Styles setting in Replenisher Context has been updated:

  • Enable this option if you want newly received styles to be automatically set to Active for replenishment. When enabled, the style activation automation rules menu becomes available, allowing you to configure rules that control which styles are activated and when.

  • Disable this option if you want new styles to be set to Inactive by default. You will need to activate styles manually through the style activation toggle on the replenishment overview or the Stock Targets dialog. Style activation automation rules will not be available in the menu and recurring rules will not be executed.

Store Cluster Filter on Push Strategies

Use case

When configuring push strategies, you want to target specific groups of stores rather than applying the push to all locations that match the existing filters. Previously, there was no way to limit a push strategy to stores within a specific cluster — you had to rely on individual location selection.

Solution

The push strategy configuration now includes a Store Cluster filter in the location constraints. When creating or editing a push strategy, you can select one or more store clusters. Only locations within the selected cluster(s) will receive the push.

This is particularly useful for regional push strategies, pilot rollouts to specific store groups, or targeting stores with similar profiles.

Redistributor

Location Cluster Scoping for Redistribution Automation

Use case

Retail organizations often operate across multiple regions, concepts, or operational constraints (e.g. countries, franchises, logistics regions). While manual redistribution already supports working within store clusters, redistribution automation previously operated across all eligible locations by default. This made automation risky — proposals could be generated for stores that should be excluded, and regional strategies could not be enforced automatically.

Solution

Redistribution automation rules can now be scoped to one or more location clusters. When configuring a redistribution automation rule, you can select specific location clusters to limit the scope of the rule. Only locations within the selected clusters will be eligible for automated redistribution proposals.

How it works

Navigate to Redistributor → Automation and create or edit an automation rule.

A new Location Clusters filter is available in the rule configuration. Select one or more location clusters to scope the rule.

When the automation rule executes:

  • Only locations within the selected clusters are considered for redistribution proposals

  • Quantity calculations, destination eligibility, and proposal creation are all limited to the selected clusters

  • If no cluster is selected, the rule behaves as before — applying to all eligible locations

This ensures that automated redistribution respects operational boundaries such as regional logistics constraints, franchise agreements, or concept-specific inventory strategies.

Assortment Indicator on Redistribution Locations

Use case

When creating redistributions, merchandisers need to know whether a style is part of a location's planned assortment. Without this information, there is a risk of redistributing stock to locations where the style is not supposed to be sold, leading to markdowns or returns.

Solution

The redistribution workflow now shows an assortment indicator for each location. When assortment data is available from your ERP integration, an icon is displayed next to each location indicating whether the style is in assortment for that location.
