Introduction:

This release focuses on enhancing visibility, flexibility, and control across Replenishment, Redistribution, and Navigation. Replenishment introduces smarter stock management with configurable stock target creation, integrated alert visibility in proposals, merchandise-level summaries, and the ability to add comments and planned dispatch dates during approval. Redistribution becomes more adaptive with manual redistribution options for locations or SKUs without predefined stock targets, empowering you to respond quickly to store-specific needs. Navigation is improved with new bell icon notifications, providing a clearer and more intuitive way to identify required actions across the portal.

Replenishment:

Stock Target Creation Controls

Use Case:
As a merchandiser, I want to define a threshold percentage for how much of a size curve must have had stock before stock targets are created, so that stock targets are only generated for location-variants that have had meaningful historical stock activity.

Solution:
A new setting has been added under Stock Target Configuration that allows you to control when initial stock targets are generated. You can enable or disable automatic stock target creation and define a Minimum Size Curve Fill (%) threshold. This percentage determines how many sizes within a curve must have had stock before a stock target is created — allowing you to limit stock target generation to items with sufficient sales or stock history.

Replenishment Alerts in Proposals Overview

Use Case:
You want alerts that are triggered during RPL proposal creation to also be visible directly in the RPL Proposals, so that you can make decisions faster.

Solution:
Alerts such as Shipment Shortfall or Capacity Exceeded are now displayed directly in the Replenishment Proposals Overview. This enhancement gives merchandisers immediate visibility into which proposals are affected by alerts and require review before approval. Quickly show all proposals in alert by clicking on the “Show alerts only” toggle.

Merchandise-Level Replenishment Summary

Use Case:
You want to view replenishment proposal summaries on merchandise category level so that you can quickly understand distribution needs and stock situations per merchandise category without having to review proposals per location or style.

Solution:
A new Merchandise tab has been added to the Replenishment Proposals Overview. This view aggregates replenishment data by merchandise category, showing key metrics such as Stock on Hand, Stock Target, and Total Transfer Quantity. This allows merchandisers to instantly evaluate stock balance and replenishment priorities across merchandise categories, enabling faster and more strategic decision-making.

Add Comment and Planned Dispatch Date on Proposal Approval

Use Case:
You want to add a comment and a planned dispatch date when approving replenishment proposals, so your source system can process the replenishment transfers accurately and with full context.

Solution:
The proposal approval popup now includes two new input options — a Planned Dispatch Date and a Approval Batch description field. These allow you to specify when the transfer should occur and add relevant notes or context for downstream processing. Both fields are optional features that can be enabled through the RPL Engine settings. Once activated, the entered data is stored and sent together with the approval batch and other transfer information, ensuring consistent and complete data transfer to your source system.

Color Information in Push Strategy Style Filter

Use Case:
You want to clearly identify which style you are selecting to push, including its color, so you can avoid confusion between multiple color variants of the same item code.

Solution:
The Push Strategy style filter now displays both the color code and color description alongside each style. This improvement ensures that all color variants are clearly visible, allowing you to accurately select the intended style even when multiple colors share the same item code.

Redistribution:

Manual Redistribution for locations/sku without stock targets

Use Case:
You want to be able to manually redistribute stock to location/SKU combinations that do not have an existing stock target, so that I can allocate products more effectively based on my expertise and current store needs.

Solution:
You can now manually enter redistribution quantities for locations or SKUs without predefined stock targets. Previously, empty cells in the redistribution grid could not be edited, limiting flexibility in exceptional or temporary allocation scenarios. With this enhancement, these empty cells are now editable, allowing direct manual input during redistribution. The system ensures that entered quantities do not exceed available stock, and any manually added transfers are automatically included in the redistribution proposal and processed alongside standard transfers.

Navigation Menu:

Bell Icon Notifications for Required Actions

Use Case:
You want to be clearly informed when actions are required on certain pages, so you can quickly see where your attention is needed without relying on numeric indicators in the menu.

Solution:
Action-required notifications are now displayed using a bell icon next to the relevant menu items. This replaces the previous numeric indicators and provides a more intuitive and consistent way to recognize pending actions within the Replenisher module. The bell icon helps you identify at a glance which pages require your attention, improving navigation and efficiency.

Notification on open Start proposals:

Use Case:
You want to easily see if any start replenishment proposal are waiting to be reviewed, directly from the navigation menu, so you can monitor proposal activity without opening the page.

Solution:
A batch count indicator has been added next to Start Proposals in the Replenishment navigation menu. This allows you to instantly view the number of available proposal batches ready for processing, improving visibility and helping you prioritize replenishment actions more efficiently.
