• Recommendations: Access recommendations and alerts by solution, location, category, or style. Redistribution recommendations have been added to the redistributor monitoring.

• Replenishment: Export style-location combinations in CSV for bulk updates, with easy import to apply changes.

Introduction:

The 1.11.0 release of the customer-portal brings new features and enhancements to streamline your workflows and improve efficiency. From flexible style grouping and configurable product descriptions to advanced recommendations and bulk updates for replenishment, this update is designed to provide greater control and actionable insights for your operations.

Data enhancement:

Creating style groups:

You can now bundle styles into style (sub)groups, providing more flexibility in organizing and managing your styles. Within a subgroup, you can create filters that link styles directly to the subgroup. These subgroups allow you to easily filter and perform actions across various solutions for a specific subgroup.

Product describer:

Regenerate when new item/style attributes are available:

When new or updated item attributes are received, we will automatically update and regenerate the open Product Describer job for the corresponding item or style. This ensures that the most up-to-date attributes are always used for generating accurate product descriptions.

Configurable Product Description Generation

You can now customize whether product descriptions are generated at the item or style level:

• Style Level: Each style receives an individual product description.

• Item Level: Product descriptions are created at the item level, meaning styles will not receive separate descriptions.

This flexibility allows you to tailor product description generation to your specific needs.

Recommendations:

Recommendations overview:

Recommendations and alerts for your solutions are now easily accessible in the recommendations screen. You can conveniently view and process them by solution, location, merchandise category, or style, streamlining decision-making and improving workflow efficiency.

Redistributor recommendations:

We now provide recommendations for redistributing styles based on current Out-of-Stock (OOS) levels and sales data. Styles identified as top 50 best-sellers, in line with the Pareto principle, are highlighted for redistribution. This ensures optimal stock availability for high-performing items, sustaining overall sales performance and effectively meeting customer demand.

Export style/locations combinations:

You can now export all locations of different styles in CSV format, enabling bulk updates to indicate whether a location is active for a style. Modify the value in the IsActive column to Trueor False to set a location's status. After editing, import the updated file to apply changes in the portal. Note: The export is limited to 1 million rows; use filters to narrow your selection.
